I recently had a fantastic weekend at the St. Regis, where I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Empire Suite. The luxurious setting and attentive service made for an unforgettable experience. However, not all aspects were perfect, as I faced some service hiccups during a previous visit and had a less favorable experience during afternoon tea, which left me disappointed. Overall, I truly felt the luxury during my stay, despite a couple of shortcomings.
